These terms cover using ServLark. They are written plainly on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask before relying on it.

Who you are agreeing with

ServLark is operated by JM Runs LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. When these terms say “we” or “us” they mean JM Runs LLC; ServLark is the name of the product. Your agreement is with the company, not with the product name.

A Pennsylvania fictitious-name registration for the ServLark name was submitted on 3 September 2026 and is still pending. Until it is granted we identify the company in full here, so that these terms name a party that exists today.

ServLark is offered to businesses in the United States. We do not market it elsewhere, and it is not designed around the rules of other countries.

What the service does

ServLark helps you write quotes, publish them at a private link, and see what the customer did with them. It can draft a quote for you from a description of the job. It is a tool for producing your documents; it is not an accountant, a lawyer, or a party to any agreement between you and your customer.

Your account

You need a working email address, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.

One workspace represents one business. Do not use another business’s details as your own. ServLark is for business use, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your quotes are yours

You own what you write, including anything you keep from a smart draft. We claim no ownership of your quotes, your prices, or your customer records. We store and process them to run the service for you.

You are responsible for the customer information you put into ServLark — for having a reason to hold it, and for what you do with it. We process it on your instructions to provide the service.

Smart drafting

Smart drafting uses an AI model. A draft is a suggestion: it can be wrong about a price, a quantity, or a detail of the job, and it is produced by software rather than by someone who has seen the work. It prices from the service list you supply and does not set rates of its own.

• Nothing drafted is sent to a customer automatically.
• A draft becomes a real quote only when you review it and publish it.
• Once you publish, the quote is yours — its accuracy, its pricing, and its terms are your responsibility.

Drafting is performed by OpenAI on our behalf. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what is sent and what is not.

Monthly smart draft allowances depend on your plan. Writing quotes by hand is unlimited on every plan, including the free one, so running out of smart drafts never stops you working.

Quote links

Publishing creates a link with a long random token so your customer can read the quote without an account. Anyone with that link can read that quote. Share it with the customer and no one else; reissue it if you think it has gone further.

Reminders

ServLark can remind you about quotes a customer has not answered. Reminders appear inside your workspace. We do not contact your customers on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Do not use ServLark for anything unlawful, or to send anyone material they did not ask for. Do not try to reach another business’s workspace, or probe the service for a way in.

Paid plans

Paid plans are not on sale yet. Nothing on the pricing page is a charge you can incur today, and no one has been charged. The terms in this section are what will apply when paid plans open, and the price and billing period will be shown before you are asked for payment.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.

Cancelling, and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your plan keeps working until then. We do not cut access short when you cancel.

Payments are generally non-refundable and are not prorated. Two exceptions: where a refund is required by law, and where we decide to correct a billing error of our own. If something about a charge looks wrong, write to support@servlark.com and we will look at it.

Tax

Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Any sales or other tax that applies is additional to the price displayed.

Availability

We work to keep ServLark running and your data intact, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Ending it

You can stop using ServLark whenever you like, and you can delete your account and its contents yourself from your settings. Deleting is not reversible by you or by us. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable-use terms above, or that we are legally required to suspend.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes a right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the service after that means the new version applies.
