Security
How your workspace is kept separate
Separation enforced by the database
Row level security is applied in PostgreSQL, so a query for another business’s records returns nothing even if the application asks for them.
Quote links are unguessable
Each published quote gets a long random token. The page is marked no-index and no-store, and you can revoke a link by reissuing it.
Passwords are not ours to hold
Sign-in, email confirmation, and password resets run on Supabase’s authentication service. ServLark never stores your password. Every page is served over HTTPS.

The ones worth answering up front
Does smart drafting use AI?
Yes. When you ask for a draft, the job details you typed are sent to an AI model, which returns suggested line items and wording. It works from the services and prices you have already set up. If smart drafting is turned off, nothing is sent anywhere.
What happens when I run out of smart drafts?
Nothing breaks. You keep writing quotes by hand with no limit, and the allowance resets at the start of the next month.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open a private link, read the quote, and accept or decline it in the browser.
What do you do with my customer data?
It stays in your workspace and is used to run the product for you. It is not sold. See the privacy policy for what that means in practice.
